Testimonials:
“It is with pleasure that I have the opportunity to recommend Beth. I have had the ability to work very closely with Beth in the development of both undergraduate and graduate degree programs for employee development at ConAgra Foods. These programs were leading edge innovations in delivery in that the programs were offered onsite at ConAgra. Beth had the foresight to understand the direction education was proceeding and, in the process, increased employee development and retention, in a competitive market. I was recently told by an executive of a local Fortune 1000 company that they want to institute programs similar to ConAgra, because their employees have been leaving to join ConAgra’s Logistics (Beth’s) group. Beth’s desire to help others, and her talent to teach, led me to include her on the committee guiding Project Homeless Connect Omaha. This event attracted 318 homeless and over 500 volunteers. Beth was responsible for training these volunteers. Her insight, vision and commitment led me to appoint her to the Board of Directors, of which there are only 4 members.”
