Training
Managing remote employees is significantly different than managing those in the office environment. Our training program is a two-day program, customized to your business, in which we focus on coaching, performance feedback and communication (frequency, quality, topic focus). Many managers do not receive new manager training or on-going training on managing their direct reports. Our training offers the opportunity to adapt their performance.
We offer training for remote employees as well. Training employees to work in a remote environment is necessary to ensure lift in productivity. This training includes understanding the requirements and competencies for working at home successfully.
We also offer train-the-trainer programs to allow your internal training group to conduct the on-going training for both managers and employees.
Assessments
We offer an assessment to determine both new and current employees’ ability to work remotely. Even the most technically adept employees may not be able to work at home. Some employees are better suited to work in an office environment because of socialization and/or support needs. This tool allows you to identify which employees are well-matched to work in a virtual environment.
In any organization, employees who are engaged demonstrate a higher level of loyalty to the organization and are more productive, adding to your bottom line. An initial assessment of employee engagement provides you with a baseline. Annual assessments measure your progress. Our unique assessment also measures the relationship between employees and managers using 360-degree methodology.

Evaluation of Your Current Programs
You may have implemented a virtual program but have not seen the total benefits. We can evaluate your program and offer recommendations to achieve your desired expectations. This evaluation includes SWOT analyses, recommended changes, step-by-step project plan, and, if desired, facilitation of the changes.
